Rates are as follows:

bulletMay 1 through October 31
bullet$400 per day for up to 10 guests
bullet$25 per day for each additional guest
bulletSeventh night free on a week-long rental

 

bulletNovember 1 though April 30
bullet$350 per day for up to 10 guests
bullet$20 per day for each additional guest
bulletSeventh night free on a week-long rental

 

bulletApplicable to all rentals
bulletOne week minimum rental during June, July, August, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's
bulletThree night minimum rental over three-day holiday weekends, including Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day
bulletTwo night minimum rental at all other times
bulletApril-October rates apply to Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's
bulletDiscounts available on rentals of two weeks or more
bulletState and local taxes of 10 percent are additional
bulletCleaning fee of $135 regardless of length of rental
bulletDeposit of one night's rental required to confirm reservation
bulletCancellation less than 30 days before arrival date forfeits deposit

 

A few rules:

bulletNo smoking in the house
